Neurodivergent Affirming Diagnostic Assessments

While our process is geared toward providing neurodivergent affirming assessments for ADHD and Autism, we assess for a wide range of mental health conditions. Due to the high level of comorbidity, we screen for overlapping conditions including anxiety, depression, OCD, Bipolar I & II, trauma related conditions, and personality disorders.

    • 75 minute clinical interview including review of history, current symptoms, traits, and experiences related to autism, ADHD, & other mental health conditions

    • 60 minute feedback session reviewing results of clinical interview

    • Appropriate for personal use only - confirmation of self diagnosis and increased understanding through psychoeducation and provided resources

    • 1 page letter confirming diagnosis and providing personalized recommendations for future support

    • Does not include review of screening tools, formalized assessments, or accommodations letters.

    • 2 hour in depth clinical interview including history gathering, review of current experiences, and identifying specific traits and symptoms.

    • 1 hour feedback session including a complete review of your written assessment report and personalized recommendations.

    • Comprehensive formalized assessment including Pearson Sensory Profile, RAADS-R, CAT-Q, AQ, Monotropism Questionnaire, Brown ADHD Scale, ASRS-5, and other standardized assessment tools chosen specific for your needs.

    • For personal confirmation and understanding, medical, work, & educational accommodations (with some limitations - dependent on facility/university), and psychiatric treatment (dependent on provider).

    • Written 15+ page report with test results and personalized recommendations

    • If needed, accommodation request letter

  • While we will screen for other possible conditions, this assessment option is focused solely on ADHD.

    It includes:

    • 2 hour in depth clinical interview including diagnostic history taking and completion of standardized clinical interview aimed at identifying ADHD in adults.

    • Standardized assessments including: ASRS-5, DIVA-5, and Brown ADHD Scale

    • Written report reviewing results of clinical interview, assessments, and personalized recommendation

    • 60 minute feedback session to review results and written report

    • Accommodation letter, if needed

    • Appropriate for self understanding, psychiatric care (provider dependent), and accommodation needs (dependent on facility)

    • 75 minute session including a general discussion of your experiences and questions related to neurodivergence.

    • Explore self diagnosis with professional input and/or help determine if further formalized assessment would be valuable for your journey
