Introducing The Cold Start Sessions

Last month I made the trip over to Orlando to sit down with Christopher Ray and Aaron Wiltshire for the launch episode of The Cold Start Sessions podcast. To say we had a blast is an understatement. I wasn’t there 10 minutes before I knew I had found my people! We talked about living with chronic illness and the life changing role that Medical Cannabis has had on my health. I also shared a bunch about my experiences as a Cannabis Health Coach, seeing patients and running operations at Florida Medical Cannabis Clinic.

While I loved having the opportunity to share my story, I’m more excited to announce that the guys asked me to come back as a permanent addition to the show - I’ll be a regular Co-Host! There’s nothing I love more than helping people through medical cannabis and a podcast allows me to do that multiple people at a time. That’s the coolest.
